bathA soothing bath mixture which also helps to stimulate your circulation, with warm spicy aromas to relax you after a chilly day.


1/2 cup baking soda

2 tablespoons brown sugar (white can be used if you do not have brown)

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon crushed vanilla pod



  • Mix together all the ingredients until well blended.
  • Store in an airtight container and keep in your bathroom to use when needed.

Useage instructions:

Add about 2 tablespoons of the bath mix to a warm tub of water, you can use more or less as per your preference. Should make enough for 2 to 4 baths, I often double the ingredients as I love this type of bath during the cold winter months.
